Delivery Arrangements - At the checkout screen, you will be offered the option to have your order posted out within 2 - 3 days using Royal Mail for a small charge based on total parcel weight OR delivered to school for free within 5 - 7 days during term time only.
Returns Policy - Please let us know if you wish to return an item, and we will arrange for any exchanges to be sent out if required. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for items to be returned to us.
We strongly recommend customers place orders as early as possible for the busy summer period and note the following deadline dates:
- 30th June 2024 - Last date for New Yr7 Starters' orders requiring free collection from school on 9th or 10th July 2024.
- 7th July 2024 - Last date for Current Students' orders requiring free delivery to school before the end of Summer term. The service then switches to postal options only until 16th September 2024.
- 31st July 2024 - Last order date for all postal options requiring delivery before the start of term in September 2024. This is for new and current students.
- 16th September 2024 - The option resumes for Current Students' orders requiring free delivery to school.
