Delivery Arrangements - At the checkout screen, you will be offered the option to have your order posted out within 2 - 3 days using Royal Mail for a small charge based on total parcel weight OR delivered to school for free within 5 - 7 days during term time only.
Returns Policy - Please let us know if you wish to return an item, and we will arrange for any exchanges to be sent out if required. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for items to be returned to us.
We strongly recommend customers place orders as early as possible for the busy summer period and note the following important dates:
- 31st July 2025 - Last order date for all postal options requiring delivery before the start of term in September 2025. This is for new and current students.
- 1st August 2025 to 15th September 2025 - Orders requiring delivery to home address will continue to be despatched. If any ordered item is delayed then we will notify the customer accordingly.
- 16th September 2025 - The option resumes for Current Students' orders requiring free delivery to school.
