Delivery Arrangements - At the checkout screen, you will be offered the option to have your order posted out within 2 - 3 days using Royal Mail for a small charge based on total parcel weight OR delivered to school for free within 5 - 7 days during term time only.
Returns Policy - Please contact us by email or telphone if you wish to return an item, and we will make arrangements with you for the exchange, if required. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for items to be returned to us.
We strongly recommend customers place orders as early as possible for the busy summer period and no later than 31st July 2025:
- 31st July 2025 - Last order date for all postal options requiring delivery before the start of term in September 2025. This is for new and current students. Free postal delivery on orders over £85.00 option will only be available up to 31st July 2025.
- After 31st July, we cannot guarantee that there will be sufficient stock available to complete orders in time for the start of the new term. If this may cause an issue then please contact us as soon as possible to discuss. Please Note: Additional postal charges will apply on all orders during this period even though delivery for the start of term cannot be guaranteed.
- 16th September 2025 - The option resumes for Current Students' orders requiring free delivery to school.
