Delivery Arrangements - At the checkout screen, you will be offered the option to have your order posted out within 2 - 3 days using Royal Mail for a small charge based on total parcel weight OR delivered to school within 5 - 7 days during term time only.
Returns Policy - Please let us know if you wish to return an item, and we will arrange for any exchanges to be sent out if required. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for items to be returned to us.
We strongly recommend customers place orders as early as possible for the busy summer period and note the following important dates:
- 5th July 2025 - Last date for orders requiring free delivery to school before the end of Summer term. The service then switches to postal options only until 23rd September 2025.
- 1st August 2025 - Latest order date for all postal options requiring delivery before the start of term in September 2025.
- 2nd August 2025 to 22nd September 2025 - Orders requiring delivery to home address will continue to be despatched, however if stock runs out then it is unlikely that we will be able to restock in time for the start of the new term.
- 23rd September 2025 - The option resumes for orders requiring free delivery to school.
