Delivery Arrangements - At the checkout screen, you will be offered the option to have your order posted out within 2 - 3 days using Royal Mail for a small charge based on total parcel weight OR delivered to school within 5 - 7 days during term time only.
Returns Policy - Please let us know if you wish to return an item, and we will arrange for any exchanges to be sent out if required. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for items to be returned to us.
We strongly recommend customers place orders as early as possible for the busy summer period and no later than 31st July 2025:
- 5th July 2025 - Last date for orders requiring free delivery to school before the end of Summer term. The service then switches to postal options only until 16th September 2025.
- 31st July 2025 - Last order date for all postal options requiring delivery before the start of term in September 2025. Free postal delivery on orders over £85.00 option will be available from 1st July 2025 to 31st July 2025 only.
- 1st August 2025 to 15th September 2025 - In exceptional circumstances, we will process orders in the month of August and early September, however we cannot guarantee delivery to arrive before the start of the new term. Processing times will be longer than normal and it takes up to 4 weeks to replace stock. Please Note: Additional postal charges will apply on all orders during this period even though delivery for the start of term cannot be guaranteed.
- 16th September 2025 - The option resumes for orders requiring free delivery to school.
